Refund policy

At Resite, we are committed to delivering premium quality apparel and a seamless shopping experience. Since our products are carefully designed and quality-checked, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our brand.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Policy)

To maintain transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, Resite follows a strict video proof policy.

Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The opening process without cuts or edits

  • The product condition after opening

Important:

  • The video must be clear and continuous (no pause/edit)

  • Without valid video proof, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances

3. Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • You must report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order t-shirts

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), Resite will cover the shipping cost

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Rights Reserved

Resite reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions

  • Refuse service in cases of policy misuse or fraudulent activity
